Our aim is to provide the appropriate equipment to achieve the outcome you want in a cost effective way. If you need advice on drying your property we will ask questions as necessary to establish your requirements and those of your insurers, if involved. We make no charge for advice and will make clear on any reservations we might have in regard to meeting your expectations with the solution put forward. If your circumstances are complex and we think it is necessary for us to visit your premises to determine the best technical solution, before quoting, then we will tell you. To further reassure you, our equipment is delivered by our own staff and should they have any doubts as about the drying solution to be implemented they will discuss these with you and offer alternatives as appropriate. The hire agreement can be changed to suit the better solution, with your agreement.
